Silver mini pod pendant with gold ball detail

This silver mini pod pendant has a circle cut out with an oxidised silver interior in which rests an 18cy yellow gold ball. 

The gold ball collection is influenced by the simplicity of forms of early modern art, with clean lines and fundamental shapes like circles. The gold sphere balances on the curve or peeks out from behind the silver.

The pod is 13mm in diameter and 5mm deep. The chain is 44cm long and has a bolt clasp. 

All items are designed and handmade by Machi. Because every piece is handmade by me, some slight variations may occur. Made with sterling silver, argentium silver and 18ct gold. Argentium silver has a slightly higher silver content than sterling silver and tarnishes less.
